OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

 

At Aesthesis Dental, we are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care with a commitment to punctuality and quality service. As a clinic, we book longer appointments to ensure sufficient time for high-quality treatments. This extended time also allows us to explain all procedures thoroughly and answer any questions our patients may have.

To ensure the best experience for all our patients, we have established the following cancellation and appointment policies:

1. Appointment Punctuality:

  • We understand the value of your time. 95% of our appointments start promptly as scheduled.

  • To maintain this efficiency, we do not accept emergency patients in between scheduled appointments.

  • We kindly ask all patients to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may disrupt the schedule of the next patient and for this reason we may not accept them.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment change or cancellation. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting.

3. Failed Appointments:

  • A failed appointment includes:

    • Cancellation or rescheduling without 24 hours' notice.

    • Arriving at the clinic with a delay of 15 minutes (or more) or not showing up at all.

​

4. Fees for Failed Appointments:

  • We understand emergencies arise, and we extend one courtesy for a broken appointment.

  • For any subsequent failed appointments:

    • A fee of €20 will be charged.

    • This fee is payable via Bank Transfer or at the clinic before scheduling the next appointment.

5. Reservation Deposit:

  • Following two (2) failed appointments:

    • We may request a deposit of up to 100% of the appointment cost.

    • This deposit will be applied towards your scheduled treatment.

​

6. Dismissal from the Clinic:

  • After three (3) failed appointments:

    • Patients risk dismissal from our clinic.

    • All scheduled appointments will be subject to review and confirmation.

​

7. Rescheduling / Cancellation Procedure:

  • To cancel or reschedule appointments:

    • Call us at +357 24 65 65 38, Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 13:00 & 15:00 - 18:30.
